Hello and welcome! I’m DJ, a midwestern mom and wife who loves books so much I sat down and wrote one. I was born with a wild imagination and now that lives on through the words and worlds I’ve created. In my spare time I like to read, roller-skate, and yap. I wear my heart on my sleeve and probably feel more than my share of feelings which is why it’s not uncommon to catch me sobbing over a good book. I’m messy and chaotic, but life’s too short to be bored.

I love to post about what I’ve been reading on BookTok and occasionally Instagram. If you’re wondering what I’m writing, I’ll tell you. I grew up loving shows like One Tree Hill, Gossip Girl, and Greek. So, to say I love drama would be an understatement. I love a book with juice drama, heart stopping romance, and edge of your seat yearning. That’s what I am to do with my books. I want you to be rooting for these characters so hard you could scream. And when they win in the end, I want you to feel like you won too! At my very core, I’m a music girl. Everything I do is inspired in one way or another by music, and my writing is no exception.
